Outstanding Stay with Exceptional Dining Experience

I had a wonderful two-night stay in a cozy double room. The staff were attentive and friendly. The highlight was the delicious Sunday carvery, though be prepared to queue!

I had a wonderful experience with the tasty breakfast and ample parking, which made things super convenient. The indoor swimming pool and spa provided a lovely way to unwind after a busy day. Just a heads-up, the lighting in the room could use a bit of an upgrade, but it didn't take away from my stay! 😊

during my previous stay in barnsley, i found the hotel to be average, but this time, it truly exceeded my expectations. the room was spacious and quiet, equipped with everything needed for a comfortable night. the friendly staff and cleanliness made for a very pleasant experience this time around.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met promptly. The dining options were varied and delicious, making each meal enjoyable and stress-free.

It might be beneficial to improve signage for navigating the extensive corridors!!! Ensuring a more efficient spa access policy could also enhance guest satisfaction and avoid disappointment!!! Common areas could use more staffing during busy times!!!

I spent one night in a Twin Room that oozed comfort! The spa access was a breath of fresh air, and the indoor swimming pool was my little slice of heaven. Plus, dining at the onsite restaurant was a delightful experience with memorable flavors!

Had a fantastic time with friends! We enjoyed the spa treatments and had a blast at The Club, the health and fitness centre was top-notch! Just a heads up, the dining options are great but you might want to check with staff about ordering side dishes to avoid any confusion.

One downside was the delay in receiving our food, which was a bit frustrating especially since we wanted to eat together as a group. Somehow, the service felt a bit off that day.

burntwood court has a lovely countryside vibe and is close to the events in the town centre. the food was one of the highlights with huge portions that left us satisfied. The spa treatments are top-notch too. i particularly enjoyed the massage with the specialized ESPA body oil.

the only downside was the firmness of the bed, which kept me up a bit at night.

The spacious common areas were so inviting that I felt like I was being wrapped in a cozy blanket. The stylish decor reminded me of a charming boutique, making it easy for everyone to navigate, even my mum.

A spacious and clean twin room provided a comfortable stay, complemented by excellent service from the polite staff. The on-site dining experience was remarkable, with beautifully presented dishes served promptly. the hotel felt somewhat lacking in character and charm, typical of larger establishments. Although the surrounding countryside offered a nice escape, the overall ambiance could use more personality.

This place is in a super pretty location! My room was spacious and comfy. The breakfast was a highlight—really good quality stuff. Tried a spa treatment which was so relaxing. Just watch out for the hot dishes in the restaurant. they didn’t warn us! had a chill time.
